Printer - Adding an Office Printer manually
Open the start menu and type in Control Panel

Change the “View By” to “Large Icons” and then click “Devices and Printers”

Click “Add a Printer”

Click “The printer I want isn’t listed”

Select “Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname” then click “Next”

In the “Hostname or IP address” field type in one of the following IP addresses
Leeds Downstairs Toshiba – 192.168.101.20
Leeds Downstairs HP Plotter – 192.168.101.25
Leeds Upstairs Toshiba – 192.168.102.21
Leeds Upstairs HP Plotter – 192.168.102.27
Manchester Toshiba – 192.168.130.20
Manchester HP Plotter – 192.168.130.21
Birmingham HP Toshiba – 192.168.120.20
Birmingham HP Plotter - 192.168.120.21
As you can see below I am going to add the Leeds Downstairs Toshiba

The Driver should automatically be selected, if not select Toshiba -> Toshiba Universal PS3

Name the Printer you are going to add.

The Printer will then be added and ready to use, you can print a test page on the screen below or click Finish

As you can see from the print settings the printer is added and ready to use
