Meeting Rooms - Use of Microsoft Teams

Open the Teams application from the Teams logo on the Taskbar

Step 2 : Search for the user you would like to call, from the box labelled “Search or type a command” I have listed of all GMI meeting room names below

GMI Meeting Room 1 Leeds

GMI Meeting Room 2 Leeds

GMI Meeting Room 3 Leeds

GMI Meeting Room 4 Leeds

GMI Meeting Room 5 Leeds

GMI Boardroom Leeds

GMI NW Boardroom

GMI NW Meeting Room 1

Step 3: Click on the user you would like to call and then select the video camera in the top right

Teams will then start calling the user with Video and Microphone enabled
