Viewpoint - Changing your notification settings

Click on ‘Personal Settings’ this is located at the bottom left of the screen

The following window will pop up

If you want to stop the notification emails, tick ‘Email Opt Out’, you will not receive emails on items, containers that you are copied as a recipient on.

They will simply show up in your personal inbox within Viewpoint. (Located top left of screen).

Opting out of email notifications will not prevent you from receiving a daily/weekly transmittal report.

Click on ‘User Settings’ circled above

For a summary report chose either ‘DAY’ for a daily report or ‘WEEK’ for a weekly one.

Click ‘Finish’, then it will ask you to “Close” the Wizard.

By selecting either a daily or weekly report, this will override the “Email Opt Out” option ticked on the Personal Settings
