Viewpoint - Changing your column views

The default setting for your container view is [None] which shows the following:

Name
Description
Created By
Date Created
Revision Date Modified
Modified By

You can change this by clicking on ‘My Views’ circled below.

Select ‘Save Current View’ from the drop down menu

In the Basic Properties, enter your name or other recognisable title in the ‘Name’ field, this will only be visible to you.

In the ‘Types of View’ the option is set to ‘Specific Containers’. To make sure this is applied to all containers, the Enterprise level should be selected in the ‘Apply View’ area. Select the GMI Construction Group Enterprise shown below by clicking on the plus icon to open the navigational tree.

The options available for your view are as follows (the default is listed on the right below):

Select the fields from the ‘Available Columns’ and move to the ‘Selected Columns’ using the arrow icons. will add an item to the ‘Selected Columns’. will remove it. You can reorder the columns using the up and down function.

When you are done, just click ‘ok’ to save your changes.
