Viewpoint - Viewing previous revisions

There are two ways to view previous revisions, both are best from within the original container where the document is uploaded to.

Click on the mouse icon next to next to the document and select Properties.

This will open a new window, the blue banners show the different revisions.

Click on the symbol next to the revision number to expand and view the previous files.

From here the files of the previous revision can be opened.

The revision properties can be closed by clicking on the symbol. To view the files just click on the file names circled above.

Alternatively, you can use the search function at the top of the main screen to view previous revisions.

Search for the item number and untick ‘Latest Revision’ and then click on ‘search’.

This will show all the revisions that have been uploaded. Previous revisions can be opened from here by clicking on the text in the “Name” column.
