Viewpoint - Downloading Multiple Items

Multiple items can be selected by clicking against an item (in the column), press and hold the ‘Ctrl’ key and click each entry required for download. If all items need to be selected, click on the ‘Select All’ icon

Once the items are selected click on “Download selected items as a .ZIP file”. This will download all primary and secondary files including all previous revisions.

Using the Clipboard to Download (useful if you ONLY want to download primary or secondary files)

Select the items as per the multiple item download option above. To add them to the Clipboard, click on ‘Actions’ below on the toolbar.

Select ‘Add to Clipboard’ below.

A confirmation window will pop up, click ok. The clipboard will open up on the right hand side of the screen, here you will see all primary and secondary files you have selected (Example below).

Click on either ‘Download Primary Items’ to download pdf’s only or click on ‘Download Secondary Items’ to download dwg’s only.
