Printer - Won't Print?

One of the most common issues for a printer is sending something to the printer, only to find nothing has appeared.

Please try the following steps to fix this.

Firstly, make sure that you have sent it to the correct printer. This may seem like a basic check but default printers can often change when you have restarted so it's always a good idea to double check.

Second, make sure the printer is online.

Go to the Search bar at the bottom of the page.

Type in Printer and select the "Printers & Scanners option.

Find the printer from the list and make sure that there is no text below this indicating it is offline.

If everything is ok, save your work and restart your machine.

The printer driver should be reinstalled when the computer comes back on and may correct the issue.
